Police chief driven from job

The video featured was done shortly after a 20 yr old criminology student took the job of Police Chief in a small Mexican town, somewhere in the Juarez Valley area, also known as the “Valley of Death”.  Her predecessor had been abducted & murdered, his head left on the sidewalk in front of the police station.
After the time the video was done, she fled back to the US, frightened by repeated threats.
